SIMTEX HS

SIMTEX HS is undertaking and investing in the revitalization of an industrial platform rooted in 60 years of technical and engineering tradition, located in the city Bucharest, the very center of current Romanian Defense Industry transformation. Today, this industrial base is being reactivated for high-value projects in special-purpose equipment, precision machining, technological modernization, and industrial testing, with a clear focus on defence industry applications and dual-use projects.

DUC - Dual Use Cluster

DUC is fostering an integrative framework that bridges disparate sectors through collaborative networks. As a non-governmental, non-profit, and apolitical entity with legal personality, the DUC embodies the Multiple Helix model, which extends the traditional Triple Helix (industry-university-government) to incorporate additional stakeholders such as funding bodies and regional development agencies.

IMPROVATE is platform that connects innovation companies with countries worldwide, focusing on cyber, homeland security, and defense. IMPROVATE brings together leaders, decision-makers, companies, and investors with technology and innovation to foster cooperation and partnerships. Our mission is to enhance global access to cutting-edge Israeli technologies by creating meaningful connections between innovators and international partners. We aim to drive global technological advancement through strategic collaborations and high-impact business engagements. 

Măgurele Science Park

The MSP association is the engine for developing the biggest science & technology park in Romania. Our purpose is to stimulate economic growth and competitiveness in the region through technology transfer and innovation, encouraging a more intense cooperation between research and production, technology services, innovative commercial applications. Our prime objective is community development (universities, research & development institutes, businesses, entrepreneurs, students, authorities etc.) around the MSP project.

ATOP Cluster

ATOP gathers together Romanian expertise in deciphering EO data and providing information that can be a solid basis for decision making in sustainable development, protection of the environment and disaster management. Our members apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to most benefit from all the information hidden within the data. Different application domains benefit from EO data, building a digital age knowledge society and economy.

ROMATOM

The ROMANIAN ATOMIC FORUM Association (ROMATOM) is a Romanian legal entity of private law, independent association of national level representation, non-profitable or lucrative, non-governmental, apolitical entity made-up of Romanian and/or foreign legal person members. The purpose of this Association is to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy in Romania and the national nuclear program, to coordinate the activity and promote the interests of its members - nuclear utility, suppliers for goods and services for the Romanian nuclear sector, research and design organizations, as well as to coordinate all activities required by the Association’s affiliation to FORATOM - European Atomic Forum.

TECH DIVE CENTER is a company with over 21 years of experience in providing the most advanced underwater equipment, the trusted partner for professional and passionate divers, offering premium products, from recognized international brands such as Nemo Tools, Ocean Reef, Cressi and TUSA, as well as professional services and training. Ocean Reef Group designs and produces Integrated Diving Mask systems, full-face masks and underwater communication solutions for professional diving (rescue & military divers) for applications such as port security, critical infrastructure inspections and intervention teams, wherever safety, communication, situational awareness and reliable equipment are essential in demanding underwater operations.

Coppernic

Coppernic designs, produces and deploys professional-grade handheld devices for mobile biometric identification, access control and traceability. Its Copper ID suite and rugged terminals support enrollment, verification and control for border control, law enforcement, military, banking and telecom use cases, enabling secure field identity workflows and rapid checks in demanding operational environments.

Tech Dive Center - Ocean Reef

 SECLAB provides OT cybersecurity solutions for industrial and critical infrastructures, protecting sensitive systems through non-intrusive visibility, detection and physical network isolation. Ares

ARES is a South Korean specialist in modeling, simulation and VR/AR/MR/XR-based training systems for defence and emergency scenarios. Its solutions include PASIM and APS parachute simulators, AEPS pilot ejection and parachute training, PVRT Patriot VR trainer and RADIPS radiation-disaster response training, supporting mission readiness, survivability and operational decision-making.

VSM Training

VSM Training develops immersive mission simulators and training services for helicopter, rescue and emergency operations. Its ESTHEL range, SAGOD hoisting simulators and HUET sea-survival modules combine real equipment, VR, physical simulation and challenging environments to train flight crews, rescuers, divers, doctors and operators for complex air, maritime and intervention missions.
