SCoR CLUSTER aims to be a significant framework for innovation and development of smart cities and communities in Romania. The stated mission of SCOR CLUSTER is to facilitate the participation of its members in this process, to stimulate close cooperation between the administration, academia and research and industry, to establish cooperative relations with national, European or international clusters.
Our ecosystem brings together experts and professionals from every field relevant to the industry, but also over 280 partners and members – Ministries, Town Halls, County Councils, Companies, Universities, Research and Innovation Centers. We aim to provide communities with real opportunities for development so that all people can thrive. And we will continue to include in our projects: diversity, belonging, inclusion, traditions, customs and local values in everything we do.
For the past 10 years, Cluj IT Cluster has been promoting innovation across industries and the enhancement of interest of various stakeholders for identifying collaboration opportunities, creating strong and successful partnerships at European level, which quickly became frameworks for the acceleration and development of Romanian businesses and ecosystems at a European level.
The National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest was set up in 1970 and it is the most important institute in the field of research, development and innovation in information and communication technology (ICT) from Romania. Since its establishment, ICI Bucharest has continued to be a real source of experts in informatics, who through their studies and research have contributed to the development of this field.
The ROMANIAN ATOMIC FORUM Association (ROMATOM) is a Romanian legal entity of private law, independent association of national level representation, non-profitable or lucrative, non-governmental, apolitical entity made-up of Romanian and/or foreign legal person members. The purpose of this Association is to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy in Romania and the national nuclear program, to coordinate the activity and promote the interests of its members - nuclear utility, suppliers for goods and services for the Romanian nuclear sector, research and design organizations, as well as to coordinate all activities required by the Association’s affiliation to FORATOM - European Atomic Forum.
The MSP association is the engine for developing the biggest science & technology park in Romania. Our purpose is to stimulate economic growth and competitiveness in the region through technology transfer and innovation, encouraging a more intense cooperation between research and production, technology services, innovative commercial applications. Our prime objective is community development (universities, research & development institutes, businesses, entrepreneurs, students, authorities etc.) around the MSP project.
ATOP gathers together Romanian expertise in deciphering EO data and providing information that can be a solid basis for decision making in sustainable development, protection of the environment and disaster management. Our members apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to most benefit from all the information hidden within the data. EXAVISION has spent the three past decades creating, producing and qualifying complex optronic solutions for field operations in harsh environments : under and above water for the Navy, embedded in armored vehicles and remote weapon systems for Land Forces, inside the EPR nuclear reactors for refueling as well as in production lines for steel and glass industries in order to monitor high temperatures.
Angatec is a company specialising in the design of operational assistance and fire-fighting robots. It designs and manufactures in France the TEC800 firefighting and surveillance robot, which is distributed worldwide. The TEC800 robot distinguished itself during the 1st edition of the CoHoMa robotics challenge. Our "Squadbot" team composed of Arquus, Squadrone System and Angatec won first place with a special mention for our ground robot. This challenge, organized by the Battle Lab Terre in collaboration with the Defense Innovation Agency, allows the Army to discover innovative industrial projects but also civilian industrialists to realize military needs by confronting the reality on the ground.

SECLAB, is a team of French security professionals and creators of the unique technology we call ‘Electronic AirGap’. We established in 2011 to provide a solution for a ‘local’ Nuclear Power Generating company. With their help and guidance on the requirement we developed ‘Secure Xchange Network’, now a key part of our ‘Electronic AirGap’ technology story.
